Mr. Bibhisan Naik, (CGM, NABARD Retd)- Chairman – (HDF– cDAR): Bibhisan Naik had worked as a Probationary officer in Union Bank of India in 1985 before joining NABARD as Assistant Manager in the month of October, 1985 and retired as Chief General Manager in 2019.
During the journey of NABARD, he worked with distinct mark left in the State Office of Odisha, West Bengal, Haryana and Head Office at Mumbai over a long period of his 34 years' service in the Development Financial Institution (DFI).He had a wide experience in the field of Farm Sector, Non farm Sector, Supervision, Climate Change, FPOs , Watershed, UPNRM, TDF(Tribal Development Fund projects) Development of Rural Financial Institutions(RIFs), NGOs etc. Represented as Nominee Director of NABARD on the Board of Sarv Haryana Gramin Bank and Agri Skill Council of India (ASCI) apart from working as Chief Consultant at SAFC Haryana . He had rich experiences in dealing with the State Governments, NGOs , Banks, Corporations etc. for implementation of various projects successfully during his service span of more than 3 decades. He has been associating with HDF c_DAR for the last 3 years as change agent in the area of climate change, socio-economic development of marginalized communities with supports of CSR funds and the Government .
Sri Sudarsan Das, Managing Trustee (HDF – cDAR):
Mr. Das has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ravenshaw College and Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Utkal University. He is an ardent social worker with admirable human values. In his student career he was also an exemplary student leader. He has more than 30 years of research, academic, research amp; administrative experience including institution building. He has held various position of responsibility like Director Centre for Social Development, Dean Student Welfare, Registrar over the years at KIIT University. He has been associated in a consulting and an advisory capacity with more than one hundred NGO & CVO in the country and a regular columnist in the daily Oriya news paper Sambad. Besides it he was a senate member in Utkal University. Among the prominent people's movements he leads include Mahanadi Bachao Andolan, Nadi Surakhya Samiti, Odisha Environment Congress etc. He has traveled widely in India and abroad.Mr Arun Saha- Secretary(HDF-cDAR):

Mr. Sarthak Das - Trustee(HDF-cDAR):
Sarthak Das is a MBA graduate from MDI Gurgaon and B.Com graduate from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. He currently works as an entrepreneur and consultant in the Healthcare Industry. He has worked with the top tier hospitals and government organisations in his capacity as an entrepreneur and consultant. His latest role in the corporate sector was in Banking sector as Program Manager, handling the HNI segment of the Bank.Mr. Amarjit Jena - Trustee(HDF-cDAR):
Mr. Jena had full time engagements and consultancy positions with UNICEF, British Council and International organisations in the school education sector and provided strategic direction, vision and leadership in demonstrating the movement of child-centred pedagogy into practice in classroom teaching and learning through harnessing open resources, online learning and social media tools. During his association with the State Government of Odisha as CEO, Mo School Abhiyan, Amarjit was responsible and accountable for the management of programmes, alumni, CSR and govt grants, large-scale technical collaborations, CSR and Industries connect, and Communication & Media management.Ansuman Pattnayak - Trustee(HDF-cDAR):
